The Southwest Foot & Ankle Clinic is proud to be the largest foot care clinic in Southwest Oklahoma dedicated to treatment of the foot and ankle. The staff of Southwest Foot & Ankle Clinic will provide a comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of your foot and ankle pain. We strive to relieve foot pain through the latest medical and surgical techniques.
Our Mission
The mission of Southwest Foot & Ankle Clinic is to provide comprehensive foot care and prevention of foot and ankle diseases, deformities and injuries. This is accomplished by starting with a comprehensive evaluation of every patient. The evaluation is used to develop an individualized treatment plan that includes patient education, foot wear consultation and maintenance care. the clinic has an available in house x-ray and ultrasound for complete evaluation of foot and ankle problems. The Southwest Foot & Ankle Clinic is instep with modern foot care.
Dr. Bryan Cain
Dr. Bryan Cain was raised in Lawton and graduated from Eisenhower High School. He completed premed studies at Oklahoma Christian University and obtained his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco at the California college of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Cain then spent three years in the US Army before opening The Lawton Family Foot Clinic in 1983.
Dr. Cain is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics, and Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Oklahoma Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Cain is on staff at the Surgery Center of Lawton, Comanche County Memorial Hospital and Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Cain attends educational seminars yearly to enhance his knowledge of the foot and ankle. Dr. Cain has provided comprehensive foot and ankle care in southwest Oklahoma for over 30 years. Dr. Cain is proud to be part of Southwest Foot & Ankle clinic.
Dr. Mike Wilson
Dr. Wilson is overjoyed to have the chance to put down roots with his family in southwest Oklahoma. Dr. Wilson obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Hyman Biology from Brigham Young University, Idaho. He then attended the Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine for his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. His training continued in residence for three years in Fort Dodge, Iowa at Trinity Regional Medical Center. He received comprehensive training and education in podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Wilson strives to offer comprehensive, compassionate and patient centered care.
Dr. Wilson treats toe and nail issues such as ingrown and fungal nails, bunions and hammertoes. He also treats sports medicine injuries such as ankle sprains and fracture and plantar fasciitis. He treats dermatological issues such as warts, corns and calluses. He is well trained to treat complications of diabetes including wounds, neuropathy and infections.
